Mike and Boudine have been with the company more than 10 years and are passionate about the development of the Lifestyle Village.

Now the pandemic has settled, Mike and Bou have been fielding a growing number of positive inquiries from potential village residents interested in downsizing and starting the next phase in life. Boudine and Mike will be available at your convenience to show you through our on-site display homes and introduce the wide range of modern homes available to be built to your specification.

We currently have two display homes available for immediate purchase. For those who prefer to have a home built to your own, personal specification the current lead time on your new home being available to move into is 6-8 months.
